Favorite Doctor Nominations 2025
Voting for 2025 begins on March 24, 2025 and is open to the parents and/or guardians of children from birth to age 18. Your comments are encouraged. You can vote for up to three health care practitioners. To cast your vote, please choose a category from the drop-down list then complete the fields for each category. When finished voting, please give us your information should we need to contact you for any clarification. Each health care provider’s qualifications and office locations will be verified!
