The Linganore Oakdale Urbana Youth Athletic Association (LOUYAA) is one of central Maryland’s largest youth athletic organizations serving more than 2,700 families in 14 sports. The William Talley Fitness Center in downtown Frederick offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment in a spacious, comfortable environment.
