Frederick Festival of Flight

Take off for a day of high-flying adventure at the Frederick Municipal Airport! Curious kids and fans of all things aviation can learn more about aircraft, watch live flying demonstrations and more. Come early for a free pancake breakfast!

Day of the Faeries

Sept. 27, 10 a.m.-noon, 1-3 p.m., 4-6 p.m.

Fountain Rock Park & Nature Center | 8511 Nature Center Place, Walkersville, MD 21793

Spend a day in the magical world of the faeries at Fountain Rock Park! Kids are encouraged to wear fairy wings or other fantastical costumes to enjoy fun themed crafts and games. This event will be held multiple times throughout the day, with the same offerings for each session.

Fall Fest in Everedy Square and Shab Row 

Sept. 27-28, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday
